We have 3 different warehouses worldwide to stock and ship the products. We can ship from France, USA or China. Depending on your shipping address we will choose from which warehouse will be processed your order. The rate will always be the most appropriate for cost and delivery time.

You can find the exact shipping rate from your cart by selecting your country/state of delivery.
In any case, this rate reflects the exact cost from our express parcel company. It includes no handling charges.

 

SHIPPING TO USA

 

The delivery time is usually from 3 to 5 working days.

 

SHIPPING TO FRANCE

 

The delivery time is usually from 2 to 3 working days.

 

SHIPPING TO FRENCH DOM TOM

 

For the DOM TOM, the rate applied will be also that of our express company, with a delivery time from 5 to 7 working days.

  • Area OM 1: Guadeloupe (St Barthélémy and St Martin included), Martinique, Reunion, Guyana, Mayotte and St Pierre and Miquelon
  • Area OM 2: New Caledonia , French Polynesia , Wallis et Futuna islands and French Southern and Antarctic Lands

 

SHIPPING TO EEC

 

The delivery in Europe is invoiced with the exact rate at the time of forwarding according to your country area. The delivery time is also from 3 to 7 working days.

 

SHIPPING TO OTHER COUNTRIES WORLDWIDE

 

We ensure also a delivery in many countries (see countries drop-down list when filling your address, in the register step). However the delivery time vary according to the destinations, from 4 to 10 working days. If your country doesn’t appear yet on the list, please drop a request by email.

For the countries outside the EEC your product total amount will be paid excluding tax and thus lower by 20%. You will have to settle your tax and charges to the administration within your country.

We do not guarantee the conformity of our products outside the EEC, the USA, Japan and Korea. The customer need to check and get informed on this subject before ordering. No refund can be required if finally the received product didn’t match with the standards of the country of delivery. If any delivery problem occurred (fees, no customs clearance …) XTIM can’t be held responsible, and cost of destruction or return will be paid by the customer.
